Year-round. From 7th & Washington: 3 blocks south. 40' x 60' American flag greets US Hwy 400 travelers from atop a 100' flag pole on the South Mound. Flag is maintained by the Fredonia Lions Club. Annual Flag Day Festival raises funds for upkeep and maintenance of this landmark. [437]
